Support Jerrod for two months in North Africa

Hi! I’m Jerrod. Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page. This fall I have the opportunity to participate in the Frontline Experience (FX), an 8-week internship in North Africa. This experience will allow me to study the local language, live and minister alongside North African believers, and receive training from experienced, cross-cultural Gospel workers. I will also learn how to navigate foreign culture and build relationships in order to share the Gospel. One of my prayers is that God will use this internship to help me discern if He is leading me to serve long-term in a hard-to-reach part of the world.
Why North Africa?
0.1% - That’s the percentage of Christians in this region. God has given His Church the task of making disciples among every people group, and North Africa is among the most Gospel-destitute areas of the world. Most North Africans will go their whole lives without hearing the Gospel or meeting a Christian. This trip will take me to places where there are few believers, and I look forward to seeing how the unstoppable power of the Gospel is at work in this difficult place.

The total cost of the internship is $7,500, which covers domestic and international airfare, ground transportation, housing, a language tutor, meals, insurance, and other incidental expenses. My goal is to raise the first $3,500 by July 7th. Would you consider contributing toward the cost of FX?
