Eight years ago, as God expanded the ministry at Frontline, we recognized the need for a dedicated space to support our growing mission. We envisioned a place where we could equip interns, train staff, and warmly welcome our Field Teams home to share their experiences and insights. In response, we built The Refuge, a house designed to meet these very needs—and it has served us faithfully ever since.

Eight years later, God has continued to bring growth. This past summer, The Refuge was in near-constant use, and at times, our Field Team families had to wait for the space to become available. We praise God for the incredible work He is doing in equipping and sending His people!

Recognizing our need for more space, we discovered a house just a few doors down from The Refuge—an ideal setting to host our families. After consulting with our Board Treasurer, we confirmed that we had sufficient cash on hand for the purchase. However, additional support would help us maintain a healthy reserve as we prepare and furnish the property. This is where you can play a vital role in these exciting next steps.

Our plans involve preparing the new home to ensure it is safe and secure, which includes adding features like a fence and updated locks. We also want to create a welcoming, restful environment where our team members can feel at home during their stay, so furnishings and decor are needed. Additionally, we aim to maximize our capacity at The Refuge; currently, the back porch is underutilized for most of the year. Our plan is to enclose the space and add heating and air conditioning, transforming it into a functional area that can be used year-round for meetings and training sessions.

We recently met with the FMI Board of Directors and identified $150,000 as the necessary funding to move forward with these plans. The Directors have shown their support for this project, both collectively and individually through their financial contributions. We would be thrilled to have you join us in this endeavor.
